Policies
New Guest Booking Retainer
I require a retainer fee equal to 50% of all services requested for all new guests, with the remaining 50% - plus any additional service costs rendered - due the day of your appointment. New guest appointment requests will not be approved until the retainer is received. Appointment requests will be denied if the retainer has not been received 48 hrs prior to the appointment.
Cancelltions/Rescheduling
I understand that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. For that reason, my online booking system is available to you 24 hours a day, so you can make adjustments as soon as you notice there is a conflict. I require at least 48 hours notice for any changes made to your appointment. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, please reach out to me directly. I will, of course, do my best to work with you in the event of an unavoidable emergency.

New guests who cancel or reschedule within 48 hrs of the scheduled appt will forfeit their original retainer and must pay an additional retainer in order to rebook with me.

Returning guests will be required to pay 50% of the services booked before rebooking future appointments.
These fees will not be applied to future appointments.
Late Policy and No Shows
If you're running late, please reach out to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you, however, if you are running up to 15 minutes late, we may need to alter or eliminate some services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and I haven't heard from you, or been able to reach you, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
Returning guest No-shows will be charged 100% of all services booked before another appointment can be scheduled. This fee will not be applied to future appointments.
First time guests who no-show will be unable to reschedule, will forfeit their retainer fee, and any future online booking requests will be denied.
Refunds & Adjustments
I do not offer refunds for services rendered.
If you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let me know before you leave the salon so I can correct it. If you get home and notice something we didn't catch in the salon, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment, and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge.
*This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind, if you want additional services that weren't preformed at your original appointment, or if you are not following my home care guidelines.
Home Care Guidelines
My magic only works while you're in the salon, girlfriend! Once you leave, it's up to you to maintain your mane on the regular. I guarantee any and all color, cut, and extension services, as long as you are following my home care guidelines, including using professional styling products recommended or approved by me.
Accepted Forms of Payment
I accept Cash, Cards, and most payment apps. No checks please. Payment is due upon completion of services rendered. Booking retainers and fees will be invoiced and are due at time of receipt, and no later than 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
Children & Guests
Our salon is big but my room is small. I love hearing about your babies, but this is your time to relax and recharge, my friend! Even the most patient and well behaved children get bored after about an hour in the salon. The last thing I want is for either of us to feel rushed or crowded. Not to mention the safety hazards that exist in salons for little ones.

Guests who are also receiving services are welcome and appreciated. We love a girl's day! However, if your guest is not receiving services, I ask that they remain up front in the lobby or at the community table just outside of my room. My space just cannot accommodate more than me and my client at one time.
