The Pre-Visit

You'll fill out your new guest form. This quick form helps me get to know you and your hair history, so I'm fully prepared for our first visit together. Think of this as a digital pre-consultation.

I'll reach out within 24 hours Tues-Fri and tell you exactly which services to book to achieve your dream hair. I'll take all the guesswork out of it, so all you have to do is reserve your appointment and show up relaxed and ready to meet your new hair bestie.

I'll send you my online booking link, and you can reserve your appointment! 

​

In order to protect my business and my livelihood, I require all first time guests to:

1. book online using a card on file

2. sign my Credit Card Acknowledgement & Policy Acknowledgement, which will be emailed to you upon booking 

3. secure your reservation with a booking retainer

What to Expect

The Consultation

When you enter our little salon oasis, you'll be warmly welcomed by our receptionist or one of our friendly stylists.
I will come greet you and give you a quick tour of our space so you're familiar with our facilities.

In my room, I have chargers, purse hooks, blankets, an ipad, a work tray, and plenty of space to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. 

Next we'll go over your hair goals in person and I can answer any questions you may have about the service, styling, products recommendations, etc.

I'm a talker, but if that's not your thing, feel free to request a silent appointment if you prefer to just relax and zone out, read, watch a movie, or work. I totally get it sister.

After your services are are completed, I'll finish off your look with a personalized styling lesson so you can feel confident recreating your new look everyday. 

We'll take some after pictures, get you set up with any products you want to take home, and I'll let you know when I would like to see you back in the salon to maintain your dream hair! You can choose to schedule that in the salon, or at a later time using the "square go" app.

After Goodbye

Our visit doesn't end when you leave the salon!

 

If you love your new look, please tag me in your selfies and leave me a review!

I'll follow up with you within 2 weeks to make sue you're still loving your hair and answer any questions you may have.

 

If we didn't schedule your maintenance appointment in the salon, go ahead and book your next appointment as soon as you know your schedule to make sure you snag your preferred day and time.

 

And finally, the best compliment is a referral! Send me your friends!
