Card On File

I require all clients to secure their appointments with a card. I do not have access to your card or bank information. Only in the event that you cancel, reschedule, or no-show your appointment within the 48 hr window will your card be charged, per my policies.

What payments do you accept?

I accept cards, cash, and payment apps. 

Where do I park?

The salon has three spaces directly in front of the building, however, if you're able bodied, please reserve those spaces for the elderly, parents with small children, and the handicapped. There is public parking on Bank Street directly across from the salon, as well as parking in the alley just behind the salon. 

What if I don't see an appointment time that works for me?

If you're booking an appointment and you don't see anything open within two weeks that works for your schedule, please add yourself to my waitlist and I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours Tues-Fri. 

What's with the forms?

I have several forms available depending on which services you're booking. I require all clients to fill out my Credit Card Authorization form and my Policy Acknowledgement form. These are one-time forms that you won't need to fill out again. Additionally, I have a New Guest form, an Extension Application form, and an Extension Maintenance Agreement form. I have put these forms in place to protect my business and my livelihood, as well as to inform you as the consumer and investor. 

Do I have to book online?

I started utilizing online booking in 2019 as a means to be more productive behind the chair, and to spend more time focused on living in the moment when I'm with my family. Online booking is conveniently available 24/7, so you can book whenever it's most convenient for you and we don't have to do the "booking dance" as I call it. I am always willing and available to answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to reach out! 

Why didn't you post my picture?

Sometimes the lighting isn't quite right. Sometimes I run out of time in between appointments. Sometimes I just couldn't get the right angle to really show off the true beauty of your hair. Sometimes I've just gotten behind and haven't gotten around to posting it yet. Please know if I ever don't take your picture, or if I do take your picture and didn't post it, it has NOTHING to do with you!

What should I wear to my appointment?

Where whatever you're most comfortable in! Sometimes these appointments can get

L O N G... I would hate for you to be wearing something uncomfortable to sit in for 3+ hours. If you want to bring a change of clothes and your make up bag for pictures, that's totally fine! If not, that's totally fine too! I can always put a robe or cape on you to take pictures, and I can get great pictures without your face in them!
